With strong service orientation and solid technical expertise, you’ll help maintain stable environments while collaborating with an experienced team.**Your Responsibilities:*** Install, configure, and optimize Citrix and Microsoft server landscapes.* Maintain and support customer environments.* Contribute to IT projects and create technical concepts.* Continuously expand your knowledge and explore new technologies.* Work independently after onboarding while remaining team-oriented.**What You Bring:*** Completed IT apprenticeship in systems engineering.* Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, Windows Server/Client, and virtualization.* Networking skills are an advantage.* Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support.* Strong communication skills and a natural, customer-friendly presence.* Fluent in German and EnglishYou can enjoy flexible work options including home office or a 4-day week, additional vacation flexibility, dedicated learning time with financial support, and many more.If this sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV
