An unserem Standort in suchen wir für den biotechnologischen Produktionsbetrieb eine/n Bioprocess Engineer MES/DeltaV. In dieser Rolle gewährleisten Sie primär die Funktionalität des automatisierten Produktionsablaufs im Prozessleitsystem während der Reinigung und Produktion und Sie greifen bei Abweichungen korrigierend ein.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie erstellen, testen und optimieren den automatisierten Produktionsablauf. Bereits in der Planungs- und Engineeringsphase sind Sie mitverantwortlich für die Automatisierung.
- Sie erstellen Rezepturen im DeltaV und überwachen diese während der Einfahr-, Qualifizierungs- und Produktionsphase.
- Sie nehmen an Risiko- und Prozessabweichungsanalysen teil.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anlageteam stellen Sie die cGMP gerechte Dokumentation sicher.
- Sie verbessern kontinuierlich Abläufe und Prozesse unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Hygiene-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsanforderungen.
- Als Stellvertretung betreuen Sie Pilotierungs- und Produktionskampagnen.
Anforderungsprofil:
- Abschluss (ETH, FH, HF) in der Fachrichtung Biotechnologie/Bioverfahrenstechnik/Pharmaingenieurwesen oder als Chemie-/Pharmatechnologe/in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bedienung der Prozessleitsysteme.
- Gutes Prozessverständnis, technische und spezifische Anlagenkenntnisse sowie IT Kenntnisse, DeltaV (PLS) und/oder Syncade (MES) Kenntnisse vorteilhaft.
- Deutsch (fliessend in Wort und Schrift); Englisch von Vorteil.
- Starker Teamplayer sowie sehr guter Kommunikationsstil.
Teilweise Home Office Arbeit ist möglich.
