Requirements Engineer D365 / Power Platform vacancy for our Dübendorf based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector. Your tasks : Analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders. Translate requirements into technical specifications for D365 and Power Platform solutions. Document Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria (e.g. in Azure DevOps). Support the Product Owner in backlog management. Act as a liaison between business, architecture, and development teams. Validate solutions through functional testing and acceptance support. Your experience / knowledge : Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, possibly Marketing). Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Agile working methodology (Scrum / Kanban). Language skills : German Your soft skills : Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and clean documentation. Analytical thinking.
