  • Un diplôme en gestion d'entreprise (ES, HES) ou Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finances, ainsi qu'une solide expérience en gestion du recouvrement
  • Ton expérience en management te permet de faire progresser ton équipe et de la motiver à donner le meilleur d'elle-même
  • Une connaissance des caisses maladie ou du secteur de la santé est un atout
  • Tu relèves les défis avec une approche orientée sur les solutions
  • Tu t'adaptes rapidement aux changements et restes flexible même dans des situations exigeantes
  • À l'aise avec les outils numériques, tu maîtrises facilement les nouvelles technologies
  • Tu communiques avec aisance et persuasion en allemand et en français
