  • Provide a vision for infrastructure services and explore innovative IT trends to create business value
  • Develop enterprise standards, technology architecture, and IT operations governance
  • Evaluate products and vendors to select the best technologies and partners
  • Manage relationships with strategic vendors, setting up and running governance processes
  • Contribute to the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Provide hands-on leadership for complex infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and operations, ensuring the availability of storage and network systems
  • Manage service operations and monitor KPI compliance.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in IT or a related field
  • At least 8 years of IT experience
  • Experience with Cloud computing
  • Strong customer focus and service excellence mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high integrity
  • Innovative and strong leadership skills, able to motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience with vendor and contract negotiations, including managed services
  • Strong cost management and budget control skills
