Durch die Pflege von Systemen und die Übernahme von Aufgaben und Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung unserer Unternehmenskultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und zugehöriger Prozesse spielst du eine wichtige Rolle in deiner Abteilung. Du unterstützt die Datensammlung, sorgst für die Genauigkeit von Daten, setzt dich für das Voranbringen kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen ein und betreust die KPI-Scorecards der Abteilung.

Dein Beitrag

Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:

  • gibst du Schulungen zu Hilfsmitteln und Methoden für kontinuierliche Verbesserung unterstützt du Abteilungen bei der Einhaltung der Vorgaben unseres etablierten Daily-Management-Systems (DMS)
  • hilfst du verschiedenen Teams bei der Datensammlung oder der Datenextraktion im System, um Aktivitäten für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und das DMS zu unterstützen
  • erleichterst du Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen, mit denen auf identifizierte Verluste und Lücken in den KPI-Scorecards der Abteilungen regiert werden soll
  • festigst du neue Arbeitsstandards zur Erhaltung von Verbesserungen
  • schulst du Kollegen im sicheren Umgang mit Hilfsmitteln für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und neuen Arbeitsstandards, die aus Aktivitäten für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen entstanden
  • führst du Analysen durch, um Verluste mithilfe von Tools wie Power BI zu identifizieren und zu beseitigen.
  • entwirfst und stellst du kleinere digitale Lösungen bereit (z. B. mithilfe von PowerApps, Power Automate)

  • Erfahrung mit Systemen für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Hochleistungen
  • Hohe Vermittlungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke in Teamgesprächen zu Aktivitäten für kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean- und/oder TPM-Tools in einer Werks- oder Produktionsumgebung
  • Fähigkeit, Daten in manuellen und automatisierten Systemen zu bearbeiten und zu validieren
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools wie Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate und Excel
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Excel und anderen Tools der Datenanalyse
  • Organisierte, disziplinierte Arbeitsweise für die Unterstützung und Vermittlung des DMS-Prozesses
  • Logisches, strukturiertes Denkvermögen, um Erkenntnisse aus Daten zu extrahieren
