We are looking for an experienced leader who is excited to contribute to the success of a fast-growing, innovative company. In this role, you will leverage your strengths in people management, resource allocation, and project management discipline to drive the successful execution of our product roadmap. WHO WE ARE UNISERS AG is a young, vibrant startup emerging from ETH Zurich, armed with revolutionary technology to tackle the biggest challenge in the semiconductor industry: contamination control. We are scaling to bring our solutions to market as quickly as possible. ROLE OVERVIEW Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration across functions to tackle complex technical challenges. Partnering closely with and reporting to the CEO, establish clear roles, priorities, and decision‑making processes to ensure alignment on goals and effective execution. Manage the technical development and optimization of our innovative solutions, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. Evaluate and manage external development partners. Drive the implementation of best practices in engineering processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and reduce time‑to‑market. YOUR SKILLS Strong track record of engineering leadership, in particular coaching and developing technical teams. Ability to prioritize and organize team actions effectively and efficiently. Proven experience leading complex project delivery, mandatory within the semiconductor or a related high‑tech manufacturing industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to bridge technical and non‑technical perspectives. Experience implementing quality processes to meet customer expectations. Experience in engineering outsourcing is an advantage. Technical background in hardware or systems development, enabling constructive guidance and informed decisions to deliver high‑quality, reliable products against ambitious timelines.
