In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a passionate Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team for an internship, based in our HQ in Lausanne Flon

YOUR SCOPE

Considering the growth journey and the increased supply chain and logistics requirements that entails, we are now strengthening our team with a Supply Chain Coordinator, responsible for the coordination of the information and product flow from our material suppliers to the markets and via our external 3PL for the Systems and accessories.

The role will be varied, but your typical day to day will involve:

  • Plan and execute the purchasing activities with the material suppliers
  • Coordinate the logistics operations with the markets and our external 3PL
  • Ensure accurate inventory status and availability
  • Maintain systems up to date, work on process standardization and automation
  • Participate to the strategic deployment of the supply chain set up as the company continues its geographical expansion

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, EHL or relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in supply chain (planning, purchasing, transportation, inventory management)
  • Confirmed experience within an international environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Very good command of Excel, any ERP and Salesforce a plus
  • Capacity to work autonomously, adapt quickly and take the right initiatives
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong process orientation and problem-solving mindset
  • Team player
