Encadrer les sprints et accompagner les équipes tout en assurant une communication claire avec les stakeholders et la direction. Former et accompagner les métiers dans l’usage de l’IA générative, tout en identifiant les besoins clés et tendances transverses. Profil Recherché 2 ans d'expérience confirmée en Product Management sur des produits en Generative AI ou IA grand public, idéalement en banque privée. Solide compréhension de l’écosystème data & AI : data engineering, qualité, orchestration, infrastructure, gouvernance et LLM. Capacité à définir une vision produit, structurer une roadmap et transformer des besoins métier en plans actionnables en mode agile.
