Vos Responsabilités :
- Encadrer et motiver une équipe de développeurs et d’ingénieurs, assurer leur montée en compétences et maintenir une dynamique positive
- Pilotage d’équipe
- Assurer la bonne livraison des projets selon les délais et les standards de qualité
- Gestion du delivery
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour définir les objectifs, suivre les plannings et gérer les ressources
- Coordination des projets
- Optimiser les processus de développement et garantir la satisfaction client
- Amélioration des processus
Votre profil
- Diplômé(e) d’un Master en technologie d’information
- Vous avez entre 8- 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Vous avez développé des compétences en Management et leadership
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension du Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), mais ce poste ne requiert pas d’interventions techniques quotidiennes
- Vous êtes organisé(e), avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration avec des équipes techniques et non techniques
Lieu : Genève
- 2 jours de télétravail
- Maitrise du français obligatoire et de l’anglais
- Une expertise reconnue dans le monde du conseil avec une activité tournée autour d’une dizaine de secteurs d’activités et une connaissance de l’ensemble des métiers de l’IT
