Do you have an eye for detail and a quickness to grasp new tasks?ResponsibilitiesOrchestration of all required activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivationEnd-to-end handling of Client OffboardingCollaboration with other teams, for example Asset Transfer Team, Front / Back OfficeSupport of Front Office with certain responsibilities, such as client contact, product sales, mandate closuresManaging standard operating procedures and working on process enhancementsIdentifying risk items and escalating them accordingly to senior managementYour teamYou’ll be working in the Client Offboarding Team. This team consolidates the end-to-end process of Offboardings for all Global Wealth Management clients. This opportunity is a start for further development and may be your chance for a professional career within.Expertise / QualificationsUnderstanding of banking products, min. 6 months relevant banking experienceLanguage skills: good skills in English and German (written and oral).
