Job Title: Junior IT Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the Huawei Switzerland Delivery & Service team and support them in all tasks.
  • Establish IT environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Configure and integrate storage, virtualization, cloud (e.g., SAN, NAS, S3, Virtualization, Cloud).
  • Perform IT maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Participate in various channel technology activities and enable Huawei channel partners.

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated (2024-2025) from a technical university, preferably Telecommunications or Computer Science.
  • First work experience or internships in the IT Infrastructure area is preferred.
  • Understanding of Switzerland’s ICT industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
  • High flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high-paced organization.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must; further languages are an advantage.

Please note that in order to be considered for this position, candidates must have work authorization in Switzerland, be a graduate from a bachelor or masters in 2024-2025, and speak English and German. All applications that do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered for this program.
