In your role as Team Lead Consulting (m/f/d) at myneva, you are the driving force behind successful customer projects in Switzerland and Germany. You take charge of our projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that our solutions are seamlessly integrated and optimally utilized. Your responsibilities:

• Leadership and development of teams in Switzerland and Germany: You are responsible for organizing, motivating, and developing your teams, focusing on individual strengths and fostering close collaboration.
• Strategic project management: You oversee complex customer projects from conception to successful execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Customer support and consulting: You act as the primary contact for our existing customers, build long-term relationships, and develop customer-oriented solutions that create added value.
• Process and regulatory consulting: You advise customers on procedural and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our software solutions meet industry-specific standards.
• Interface between sales and consulting: You support the sales team with product presentations and actively participate in sales events.
• Quality assurance and escalation management: You ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and deliver excellent support.

• Several years of experience in consulting or the IT/ICT industry, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing projects and teams, preferably in an international context.
• Completed ICT training or a comparable qualification (e.g., Business Informatics, MBA, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and enthusiasm for leadership.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style combined with a strong team spirit.
• Proficient German and English skills (business fluent) and willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland and Germany.
