Sluit je dan aan bij ons team en help ons met het plannen van spectaculaire evenementen in het hele land Als Project Support ben jij degene die onder andere verantwoordelijk is voor: Accrediteren van crew op producties; Urenadministratie; Logistieke administratie; Personeelsplanning ondersteunen; Crew ondersteunen met o.a. routes, hotels, parkeervoorzieningen en meer. Onze technici zetten hun talenten in op de tofste events door heel Nederland: van tv-studio’s en stadions tot theaters en festivals in de open lucht. Voor hen is een vlekkeloze planning doorslaggevend zodat licht en geluid altijd perfect zijn. En daar kom jij in beeld De afdeling Planning is het kloppende hart van de organisatie. Hier worden onze mensen ingepland, geïnformeerd en ondersteund. Bij ons is geen dag hetzelfde, dus als je houdt van een dynamische omgeving waarin je snel moet schakelen, zit je bij ons goed. Vanuit ons kantoor in Utrecht zorg jij ervoor dat onze crew altijd goed voorbereid op pad gaat. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Wat verwachten we van jou? Administratief sterk; Nauwkeurig maar ook stressbestendig; Heldere communicatie; Sociaal en collegiaal met een passie voor de entertainmentbranche; Heb je ervaring met Navision Dynamics? Dan heb je een streepje voor Sterk in de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, Engelse is een pre; MBO werk- en denkniveau. Wat kun je van ons verwachten? Salaris tussen € 2.300 – € 3.000 afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring; Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; Reiskostenvergoeding; Bijdrage in de pensioenpremie; Geniet van 24 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; Dagelijks vers fruit; Gezamenlijk lunchen in de kantine of op het dakterras; Regelmatig toegang tot evenementen.
