We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You'll get to:
- Design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
- Analyze business requirements for Identity and Access Management.
- Conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple locations, through pair programming and group projects, learning from senior engineers how to build robust, scalable products.
You will be part of our team in Zurich, which is responsible for access management to applications used across the organization. You will have the chance to also work within a highly motivated delivery team of developers, architects and analysts, whilst working on cutting-edge technologies. Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across the organization.
Your expertiseWe're looking for a candidate who:
- Has completed their bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
- Has knowledge about front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
- Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Start date: July 2025
Your programOur Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
