Risk Manager M/W

We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager FR/EN/ALL (M/W) on a permanent contract for a company near Geneva.

Responsabilites :

  • You manage the entire department related to the operational risk management process
  • You coordinate the activities related to these operational risks
  • You establish the various risk management reports as a team
  • You are the point of contact for all employees on all matters related to risk management and quality assurance
  • You develop and ensure the proper functioning of the internal control tool in accordance with current regulations


Profile :

  • You hold a university or higher education degree
  • You are ideally specialized in the banking or insurance sector
  • You have at least 5 years of experience
  • You are a good communicator both in writing and orally
  • You are customer-oriented and flexible
  • Your native language is French with a B2 level in English and German
