Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen mit zweistelligem Milliarden-Umsatz rekrutieren wir in Zürich einen Business Controller, der die Finanzen umfassend überwacht und strategische Beratung für interne Stakeholder bereitstellt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eng mit Abteilungsleitern und deren Teams zusammenarbeiten.
  • Monatliche Finanzberichte erstellen und analysieren.
  • Finanzplanung, einschließlich Budgets und Prognosen, durchführen.
  • Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung durchführen.
  • Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung vorantreiben.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling.
  • Starke Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von BI-Tools wie PowerBI oder Power Query.
  • Hervorragende analytische und numerische Fähigkeiten sowie Interesse an finanz- und wirtschaftsbezogenen Themen.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und professionelles Stakeholdermanagement.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.


Hier gibt es ausserdem die Möglichkeit, mehrtägig die Woche Home-Office zu haben und mehrere Wochen im Jahr aus dem Ausland zu arbeiten.
