RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Development:
- Craft a fashion-forward team through strategic staff planning and time management.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for a stylish in-store team.
- Set operational goals aligned with the essence of luxury fashion.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct team development activities, fostering a culture of elegance and excellence.
Store Administration and Operation:
- Elevate the shopping experience with meticulous in-store budgeting and finance management.
- Coordinate administrative topics with a global perspective, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide insightful reports and highlight KPIs, aligning with the fashion industry's dynamic standards.
- Liaise with HR for onboarding, feedback, and maintain impeccable store standards.
- Uphold and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring a fashion-forward atmosphere.
- Safeguard inventory management standards and adapt to operational needs.
Customer Engagement:
- Embrace the role of a fashion brand ambassador, cultivating B2C relationships.

PROFILE
The ideal profile should have:
- High school degree or equivalent; university degree in a business-related field.
- At least 5 years in fashion retail management, with a keen understanding of the luxury sector.
- Fluent in french and english
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
