Notre client, une entreprise pharmaceutique en pleine croissance avec de nombreux projets, recherche actuellement un Ingénieur Senior Engineer MS&T afin de renforcer son équipe située sur le canton de Neuchatel.

COMPTENCES ::

-            Être responsable du transfert de technologie, du suivi du flux d'approbation dans le système de documentation électronique, et faciliter les contributions de toutes les parties prenantes pour garantir que les documents soient mis à jour et approuvés en temps voulu

-            Développer le plan de transfert technologique et l'analyse des écarts des nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les départements de production en vrac, conditionnement, NPI QC et qualité.

-            Agir en tant qu'expert technique (SME) pour les sujets liés à la fabrication

-            Être le point de contact principal pour les sujets de fabrication liés à l'introduction de nouveaux produits

-            Assurer le suivi et la mise en œuvre des CAPA assignés.

-            Soutenir, en collaboration avec l'assurance qualité (AQ), la définition et la mise en œuvre des Attributs Critiques de Qualité (CQA) et des Paramètres Critiques de Procédé (CPP).

-            Contribuer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue, notamment en identifiant de manière proactive les problèmes, en recueillant les contributions de l'équipe opérationnelle, et en proposant des solutions. Établir des plans d'amélioration clairs.

VOTRE PROFIL :

-            Master en ingénierie avec une expérience de minimum 10 ans sur un poste similaire en lien avec l'introduction de nouveaux produits

-            Expérience sur les formes orales solides.

-            Bonne maîtrise des réglementations internationales actuelles, des exigences cGxP et des meilleures pratiques, y compris le 21 CFR parties 11, 210 et 211, l'Annexe 11, les directives EU-GMP et GAMP

-            Connaissance des installations pharmaceutiques, des systèmes et processus de fabrication et de laboratoire.

-            Capacité développée à collaborer de manière constructive avec des équipes transversales pour atteindre des résultats.

-            Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.

-            Capacité à communiquer de manière positive, convaincante et persuasive.

-            Aptitude à gérer des délais courts et des activités simultanées.

-            Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet.

-            Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
