Für unseren Kunden in Zürich, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Projekt Manager:in - PLM/CAD.

Als Projektleiter sind Sie für die Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation der entsprechenden Initiativen verantwortlich. Sie leiten das Projektteam bei der Erstellung von Anforderungen und Pflichtenheften an, sind verantwortlich für das Lösungsdesign und die Implementierung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Agieren als Partner des Unternehmens für die erfolgreiche Implementierung und das Management von Organisationsänderungen
  • Sie leiten die Implementierung des PLM-Systems (Teamcenter) und beteiligen sich an der durchgängigen digitalen Transformation
  • Strategiedefinition für Datenmigration, Konstruktionsdatenmanagement, Stücklistenmanagement, Änderungsmanagement, MES, ERP und Integration nachgelagerter Systeme
  • Entwicklung von Architekturplänen für PLM, CAD, PLM-ERP-Schnittstellen und nachgelagerte Systeme
  • Weitere Optimierung der Anwendungslandschaft für Multi-PLM, MES, M-CAD, E-CAD, FEM-Systeme und zukünftige F&E-Tools
  • Bewertung von Geschäftsproblemen und deren finanziellen Auswirkungen, Lösungsvorschläge und Vorantreiben von Veränderungen für wichtige Ergebnisse
  • Eigene Stilllegungsstrategien für PLM/CAD-Systeme
  • Verwaltung und Schulung der Power-User-Organisation sowie Erstellung, Überprüfung und Validierung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen

Ihr Profil:

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und nachgewiesene Stärken in PLM- und CAx-Technologien
  • Operative Erfahrung mit CAx und kundenspezifischen Engineering-Tools, z. B. Siemens Teamcenter, NX, CATIA, SAP, IFS, Windchill, 3D-Erfahrung
  • Sehr gutes funktionales Verständnis und Nutzung der verschiedenen Teamcenter-Module wie BMIDE, Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, BOM Configuration Methodologies, Active Workspace, ERP-Schnittstellen (z.B. T4S), OpsCenter und MES
  • Gute Sicherheitskennntisse (ITAR)
  • Fähigkeit, in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation zu arbeiten sowie gutes Stakeholder Management
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
