Aufgaben
  • Führung der Buchhaltung, einschliesslich der Verbuchung der Bankbewegungen und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Abstimmung der Erfolgsrechnungsbuchungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Finanzreports und Analysen
  • Anlaufstelle bei Fragen zu Buchhaltungsprozessen im täglichen Geschäftsbetrieb
  • Verantwortlich für das Fuhrparkmanagement
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich Rechnungswesen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Finance
  • Präzise und analytische Fähigkeiten und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
