For our client, a leading IT & Business Consulting firm and SAP Solutions Partner specializing in digital transformation, with over 30 years of experience, a strong global presence, and offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria,

We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.

Aufgaben

What Will Your Role Involve?

  • Lead and support various consulting projects related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, from initial conception to implementation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to support them on their journey into Human Experience Management (HXM).
  • Solve not only technical challenges but also guide customer teams in project organization and process modernization.
  • Take responsibility for a module or the entire project as a lead consultant within cutting-edge projects.
  • Work independently while contributing to a supportive team that encourages idea-sharing and collaboration.
Qualifikation

What You Bring:

  • Extensive experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Very good knowledge and, ideally, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (missing certifications can be obtained as your competence is key to us).
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with a high degree of self-organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide and support less experienced consultants.
  • Experience managing smaller projects is desirable.
  • Fluency in German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel moderately and a strong passion for learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
