Unser Kunde, die Pentapharm AG, ist ein internationales, innovatives Unternehmen und gehört zur DSM Firmenich-Gruppe. Sie beschäftigen etwa 150 Mitarbeitende und sind auf die Herstellung und den weltweiten Verkauf von Wirkstoffen für die Pharma- und Diagnostikindustrie spezialisiert.

Senior Manager Downstream Processing (m/w/d) 100%

Position

Für unseren Standort in Aesch suchen wir eine:n Senior Manager Downstream Processing (m/w/d), der eine zentrale Rolle in der Produktion und Weiterverarbeitung von hochwertigen biotechnologischen Produkten einnehmen wird. Mit einem Fokus auf Qualitätssicherung und Effizienzoptimierung wird diese Position verantwortlich sein für die Leitung des Downstream Processing.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Leitung des Downstream Processing von Labor- zu Kilolabor-Massstab, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und in ausreichenden Mengen hergestellt werden
  • Verantwortlich für die Extraktion bestimmter Proteine aus Schlangengiftprodukten und deren Weiterverarbeitung
  • Sicherstellung des Erreichens von Produktions- und Qualitätszielen, einschließlich Kommunikation, Schulung und Entwicklung von Leistungskennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Entwicklung von Aktionsplänen, Überprüfung von Dokumenten und Teilnahme an Validierungsaktivitäten
  • Teilnahme an der Einführung neuer Produkte, Beratung des Projektmanagements und Unterstützung bei technischen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Produktionsprozessen
  • Überwachung relevanter Sicherheits- und Umweltaspekte, Schulung der Mitarbeiter, Meldung von Vorfällen und Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der SHE-Kultur
Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Bachelor-Niveau oder höher im Bereich Life Sciences
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Chromatographie-Techniken wie IEX, HIC, SEC, einschliesslich Säulenpacken, Testen und Anwenden
  • Kenntnisse in der Behebung von Problemen und der Durchführung von Einheitsoperationen wie Chromatographie und Ultrafiltration
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit gefährlichen Substanzen in Gloveboxen oder Sicherheitswerkbank
  • GMP-Erfahrung in der Produktion und in Reinräumen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Ruhe, Selbstständigkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
