Née de l’envie de s’attaquer le plus directement possible à la transition énergétique, Netra contribue à décarboner la production d’électricité et la mobilité, en développer des centrales solaires, des batteries de stockage et des bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électrique ☀️ 🔋 🔌

🌍 Notre objectif, c’est une Europe zéro net d’ici à 2050. Pour réaliser cela, nous travaillons avec des entreprises de toutes tailles, les accompagnant dans la décarbonisation de leurs activités en déployant ces solutions. Nous sommes aussi actifs sur des développement de projet au sol de plus grande taille.

Vos missions

🦸 La mission proposée 🦸

Netra travaille avec une variété de propriétaires fonciers et immobilier. Notre ambition est d’accélérer notre déploiement auprès des PME.

En tant que Founders Associate, tu auras un rôle clef à jouer dans la croissance de Netra, en intervenant dans la vente, le marketing et l'onboarding de nouveau projet. Parmi tes activités quotidiennes, avec l’accompagnement des cofondateurs, tu devras :

📧 Construire le pipeline et prospecter :

  • Tu seras en charge de nourrir notre pipeline en cherchant des prospects et en créant des listes de contacts.
  • Tu contribueras à la mise en place de campagnes de parrainage/marketing digital et de mailling.
  • Tu participeras à la génération de leads en contactant des prospects par téléphone et lors de réunions numériques.
  • Tu seras responsable de la gestion proactive de notre CRM, notamment d'assurer la qualité des données et l'exactitude des rapports concernant les leads.

📊 Onboarding et closing :

  • Une fois qu’un lead est généré il faut le closer 🤝
  • Tu travailleras à la rédaction des offres formelles et, avec l’aide des cofondateurs, à la modélisation financière des projets.
  • La rédaction et la signature de contrats, c'est aussi dans ton scope.

💪🏼 En parallèle, tu soutiens les cofondateurs dans le business au quotidien et les aides à faire avancer les projets déjà sécurisé.

Vos compétences

🌟 Profile recherché 🌟

  • Tu es un(e) étudiant(e) inscrit(e) ou tu viens de finir tes études et es disponible pour au moins 3 mois, idéalement 6 mois ; date de début ASAP.
  • Tu as idéalement déjà acquis une première expérience pertinente dans une start-up, une société de conseil, une entreprise financière ou un autre environnement challengeant.
  • Tu es à l’aise pour nouer rapidement le contact avec des nouvelles personnes et tu sais rebondir face aux objections.
  • Tu es une personne autonome, proactive et organisée, avec un vrai esprit d’équipe.
  • Tu as soif d’apprendre et es prêt(e) à relever un nouveau défi au sein d'une organisation de petite taille, en croissance forte, avec un degré élevé de liberté et d'incertitude.
  • La maîtrise de l’Allemand est un gros plus.
