Chenot Palace Weggis is the flagship of the Health Wellness Retreat globally active Chenot Group located directly on Lake Lucerne. • Responsible for the Performance review of the Reservations department according to specified standards (Business and Training Solutions by Signature Europe: The Art of Reservations)

• Monitoring of professional and client-oriented communication in both writing and oral use where needs and expectations are identified in order to elevate the guests' experience during the booking process

• Interface between the Sales, Marketing and Reservations departments for careful control of all Sales-promoting measures
• Proactive approach in proposing improvement measures to increase efficiency (Conversion)
• Contribution to the creation of new (historical) data sheets for analysis and comparison
• Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems: protel Air/ Rims/ Revinate/ CRM systems.
• Own and validate all required data entry for daily, weekly, and monthly reports used for monitoring performance against Budget and Forecast. Ensure that the necessary reports are maintained and systematically analysed, including but not limited to: Source Contribution, TA/TO Production, Pickup and Pace and Room Type Statistics

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field. Familiarization with hotel revenue management concepts and tools preferred

• (Team) leadership experience, ideally in the area of reservations with a passion for sales

• Must effectively manage and adhere to strict daily/weekly/monthly deadlines
• Attention to details and ability to operate in a team environment
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
• Extensive proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret revenue performance data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
