Our mission is to help professionals unlock their potential and thrive in dynamic, future-ready careers.Data Analytics and Visualization Consultant (Senior)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Data Analytics and Visualization Consultant to support a strategic program focused on migrating Business Intelligence components to a cloud-based environment and implementing advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.The consultant will work closely with ERP business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement, Budget, Performance Management) to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and analytical reports.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct data discovery and assessment, including stakeholder interviews and data profiling.Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and KPIs.Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.Prepare implementation plans, deliver training sessions, and provide post-deployment support.Enable self-service analytics through templates and governance frameworks.Deliver value measurement reports and address ad-hoc visualization requests.Required QualificationsAdvanced university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.At least 10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, visualization, and dashboard design.Strong expertise in Tableau and Power BI.Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Scala.Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or data science.Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes (Financials, HR, Procurement).Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, and ITIL frameworks.For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.Are you interested in this opportunity?
