Lead Developer (allemand B2 requis)

Nous recherchons un Lead Developer expérimenté et passionné, spécialisé dans les applications web et langages orientés objet (.NET), pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique.

Vous serez responsable des processus de développement et jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et la mise en uvre de solutions robustes et évolutives.

Missions principales :

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications web de haute qualité en utilisant .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Entity Framework et MS SQL.
  • Diriger et encadrer une équipe de développeurs, en assurant la coordination et la répartition des tâches.
  • Mettre en place et optimiser les processus de développement pour garantir l'efficacité et la qualité du code.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de produit, de design et d'infrastructure pour assurer l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Participer activement aux revues de code et fournir des retours constructifs pour améliorer la qualité du code et les pratiques de développement.
  • Assurer la veille technologique et recommander des améliorations et des innovations pour les outils et technologies utilisés.
  • Garantir la sécurité, la performance et la scalabilité des applications développées.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Maitrise du français avec de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (B2 minimum)
  • Expérience significative en développement d'applications web avec idéalement .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Entity Framework et MS SQL.
  • Solides compétences en gestion d'équipe et en leadership (atout)
  • Excellente maîtrise des principes de développement logiciel, des méthodologies Agile et des pratiques DevOps.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière efficace et innovante.
  • Bonne communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
  • Souci du détail et orientation vers la qualité et les bonnes pratiques de codage.
