  • Vous concevez mettez en œuvre des activités de marque employeur et des stratégies de sourcing innovantes pour attirer les meilleurs talents du marché
  • Vous assurez une expérience candidat positive et vous recrutez ainsi non seulement de manière réactive, mais aussi de manière proactive par le biais du Talent Pipelining
  • Vous gérez le processus de recrutement main dans la main avec le HR Business Partner, de la rédaction des offres d'emploi à l'intégration des nouveaux employés
  • Vous collaborez avec les équipes internes des Ressources Humaines et du Marketing pour développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de marketing RH efficaces
  • Vous analysez les données relatives au recrutement pour identifier les tendances et améliorer les processus
  • Vous représentez notre banque lors d'événements de recrutement conjointement avec des membres de notre équipe et développer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist 100 %

Vous disposez d'un diplôme universitaire ou d'un master en ressources humaines, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Votre expérience avérée dans le sourcing et le recrutement, de préférence dans le secteur financier, est une indispensable nécessité. Vos excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en allemand sont des atouts avérés. Vous apportez une capacité démontrée à travailler tant de manière autonome qu'en équipe et êtes doté(e) d'une forte orientation vers les résultats et d'une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
