Electrical Controller

Based in the heart of the Jura Arc, our company produces and distributes hydraulic, wind, and solar electrical energy for a population of over residents. Following the upcoming retirement of the current holder, we are seeking an Electrician Controller - Head of the Control and Connections Department. As the Head of the Control and Connections Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and OIBT compliance of the electrical connections to the SEG network. You will coordinate the activities of the control and connections team and provide technical expertise to the service. This role is aimed at an experienced professional in the electrical field who wishes to evolve into a technical and regulatory reference role, capable of making field decisions and managing a small team. A period of support and training is planned to allow you to gradually master the specifics of the responsibilities.Responsibilities:- OIBT responsibility and regulatory compliance - Supervise and manage the activities of the control service, organize and coordinate the team’s work according to legal requirements, and serve as the OIBT responsible for the company (monitoring safety reports and periodic checks, managing measures in case of non-compliance, with the authorities concerned). - Connection process management - Oversee, coordinate, and participate in the smooth running of the connection process, from the initial request to commissioning, including managing notifications via Elektroform. Ensure the coherence and technical accuracy of the files. Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory prescriptions during connections.- Technical expertise - Conduct technical analyses and expertise on-site in case of complex issues, disputes, or specific requests. Develop clear and structured expertise reports. Provide expert-level technical support to internal teams (customer service, connections).- Systems and data - Assume responsibility for the X system to ensure data quality.
