A manager for our Le Riau at %Our temporary reception center, located near our EMS, operates autonomously X each day with about a dozen beneficiaries. Human-sized, it offers a modern and warm environment, relying on the strength of an institution focused on supporting quality of life, social connections, autonomy, and self-esteem X. It also supports caregivers by providing a genuine respite space and is actively integrated into the socio-health network. Main missions: As the manager, you ensure both the administration of the structure and an active presence in the field.
You are responsible for: The and activities that shape the life of development of personalized projects, adapted to the resources and the needs of each beneficiary, the management and of the team, as well as the oversight of apprentices and financial management: budget, quality control and continuous improvement of (procedures, safety, compliance). Your profile
Degree X ES in social work, social sciences, or confirmed experience in management, with at least 3 years in a team leader role. You know how to unify, support, and develop a team composed of varied profiles.
