Notre client est une société active en Suisse sur l'ensemble du territoire. Afin de compléter le département finance, ils sont à la recherche d'une personne pour occuper le rôle de :

Head of Controlling 80-100%

Vos responsabilités :

En report direct à la direction financière, vous supervisez,
organisez et coordonnez le département controlling de la société.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont de :

- Manager une équipe de contrôleur de gestion

- Rapporter les résultats de l'entreprise : Vous êtes
responsable de la production de comptes de résultats mensuels que vous
soumettez à votre direction, en analysant les écarts par rapport au budget pour
tous les comptes de résultats. Présentation mensuelle des résultats financiers
et compréhension des moteurs de la performance actuelle et des risques pour la
performance future.

- Être responsable du processus budgétaire et de planification :
Coordonner et préparer les budgets, aboutissant à la création de
P&Ls de bénéfices consolidés pour les budgets périodiques. Garantir le
respect et les règles de l'entreprise, assurer la promotion de ces règles.

- Contribuer au contrôle financier : Garantir les
ressources financières nécessaires à l'activité de l'entreprise. Minimiser
les risques de créances. Être responsable de la clôture du bilan, contrôler et
superviser les activités IFRS ainsi que la conformité aux normes RPC suisses.
Gérer la conformité fiscale et de trésorerie.

- Intervenir en tant que Business Partner : fournir des conseils
et un soutien indépendant aux directeurs de projets, en les aidant à répondre à
toutes les questions et décisions financières et commerciales, en précisant
l'impact financier probable. Ces décisions comprendront la planification des
budgets, l'analyse de la rentabilité et de l'impact financier des projets et
activités proposés.

- Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques, l'efficacité, le
changement et la stratégie, superviser l'activité informatique et analyser les
ressources par rapport aux besoins en matière de gestion du système.

Votre profil

-Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation avancée en finance ou en comptabilité (études universitaire, brevet fédérale ou expertise)
-Vous justifiez de plus d'un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, idéalement sur un rôle managérial avec gestion d'équipe
-Vous parlez le français de façon courante, la pratique de l'anglais et de l'allemand sont des atouts
-Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans les outils informatiques et vous maîtrisez l'utilisation d'ERP finance
-Vous êtes une personne avec une excellent maîtrise technique et de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
-Vous envisagez la gestion d'équipe en mode leader (implication avec l'équipe sur les questions opérationnelles) tout en ayant une bonne vision stratégique
-Vous êtes de nature proactive et vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication tant avec les partenaires internes que ceux externes à la société
