Job Description
Responsabilités principales :
  • Planifier, conduire et documenter des missions d'audit interne axées sur les opérations de salle des marchés, couvrant les instruments financiers, la gestion des risques et les processus associés.
  • Évaluer l'efficacité des contrôles internes en place et proposer des améliorations adaptées aux exigences réglementaires et opérationnelles.
  • Rédiger des rapports d'audit clairs et impactants, incluant des recommandations stratégiques et opérationnelles.
  • Présenter vos conclusions aux responsables des départements audités, ainsi qu'aux instances dirigeantes lorsque nécessaire.
  • Participer à l'élaboration du plan annuel d'audit interne et contribuer à l'analyse des risques liés aux activités de marché.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres fonctions de contrôle (risques, conformité) pour garantir une vision cohérente et transversale des enjeux.
  • Suivre la mise en œuvre des recommandations formulées afin d'en assurer l'efficacité.


The Successful Applicant
Profil recherché :
  • Formation supérieure en finance, économie ou domaine équivalent (Master, certification professionnelle telle que CIA, CFA ou diplôme d'expert-comptable).
  • Expérience significative (minimum 8 ans) acquise en salle des marchés, dans un rôle opérationnel ou au sein d'un brokerage, complétée par une expérience confirmée en audit interne ou en contrôle.
  • Maîtrise approfondie des instruments financiers, des processus de marché et des cadres réglementaires applicables.
  • Une expertise en ALM (Asset and Liability Management) sera considérée comme un atout.
  • Capacités analytiques et esprit de synthèse pour traiter des problématiques complexes dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français. La maîtrise de l'anglais ou de l'allemand est un plus.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec divers interlocuteurs.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à partager les informations de manière constructive.
