As a Marketing Operations & Go-to-Market Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing marketing performance and operational efficiency across Salt Business.You will coordinate data, systems, and partner activities to ensure smooth go-to-market execution, reliable reporting, and actionable insights.This position acts as a bridge between marketing, sales, finance, and IT, ensuring a data-driven and structured approach to commercial success. Marketing Operations & Go-to-Market AnalystYour ResponsibilitiesYou will:Support the launch and operational follow-up of commercial projects and campaigns.Manage the lead flow from marketing to sales in the CRM, including partners and cross-sales.Develop and maintain dashboards and operational reports (sales trends, provisioning, stock, revenue, onboarding, and customer care).Coordinate with partners to provide the right tools, reports, and performance insights.Analyze marketing and customer data to identify growth drivers and improvement areas.Ensure data consistency across CRM, billing, and reporting systems in collaboration with Finance and IT.Prepare regular performance updates for management and stakeholders. Your ProfileBackground in Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally in telecom or B2B services.Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.Experience with CRM systemsExcellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.Languages: Fluent in English and French or English and German.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing cross-functional topics.
