Marketing and Sales Assistant

Dans ce rôle varié, vous aurez pour mission d’aider vos collègues du département Vente & Marketing et ainsi contribuer au succès de notre entreprise, tant en Suisse qu’à l’international. Vos compétences vous permettront de vous positionner comme une personne de référence, afin de faciliter le quotidien de vos collègues et garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.

Vos responsabilités:

Vente :

  • Préparer les offres, les contrats et les autres documents commerciaux;
  • Mener et participer à différents projets liés à la vente et à l’expérience-client;
  • Tenir à jour et alimenter le CRM avec les différentes informations reçues du marché;
  • Support commercial à nos clients.

Marketing :

  • Aide à l’organisation d’événements commerciaux tels que salons, expositions, conférences, etc.;
  • Participer occasionnellement à certaines expositions à l’international;
  • Entrer des leads collectés lors d’événements dans le CRM;
  • Rédaction et/ou relecture et/ou traduction de documents marketing;
  • Aide au suivi des réseaux sociaux.

Organisation :

  • Etablir certaines procédures liées au process du département;
  • Organiser les voyages (billets d’avion, hôtels, etc).

Votre profil :

  • CFC d’employé/e de commerce ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle préalable similaire de quelques années
  • Langue maternelle : français, allemand ou anglais, avec d’excellentes connaissances des autres langues (niveau minimum C1 du Cadre Européen de Référence, dans chacune des langues)
  • Aisance avec les programmes informatiques MS Office, ainsi que les ERP et CRM
  • Personnalité curieuse et créative, avec une forte orientation client et service
  • Grande polyvalence, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
  • Flexibilité pour déplacements ponctuels en Suisse et à l’international, pour des expositions ou dans les filiales du groupe

Taux d’activité : 100% avec possibilité de convenir d’un temps partiel

Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir.
