Our client is a recognized brand We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee and optimize the company's presence on key online marketplaces, including Amazon, Farfetch, and others, across the U.S., EU, Middle-East, and Asian markets. The person will report to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and will develop and execute strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure seamless marketplace operations. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and boosting customer engagement across multiple platforms, while also managing multi-channel digital acquisition campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Performance & Reporting Manage and grow sales, visibility, and profitability across Amazon Seller and other marketplaces (e.g., Farfetch, Galeries Lafayette, Miinto). Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities aligned with business-growth objectives. Optimize product catalogue, listings, and A+ content for maximum discoverability and conversion. Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and monitor competitive positioning. Monitor and analyse sales performance, conversion rates, traffic trends, and customer behaviours; make data-driven recommendations. Prepare regular management reports that highlight key trends and actionable insights. Ensure product data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with each marketplace's requirements. Advertising & Marketing Initiatives Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, DSP, Display Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROAS and ACoS optimisation. Manage budgets and optimise ad performance. Align marketplace promotions with overall brand campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Operations & Inventory Management Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure stock availability and minimise out-of-stock situations. Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning to meet marketplace requirements. Manage relationships with marketplace account managers to troubleshoot issues and maximise opportunities. Financial & Compliance Ensure accurate invoicing and financial reconciliation by verifying invoices match marketplace sales (net of returns, fraud, and cancellations). Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track payments, commissions, and deductions. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve product positioning and brand reputation. Address operational issues-listings, returns, customer enquiries-in partnership with the customer-service team. Digital Acquisition Campaigns Contribute to the creation, coordination, and optimisation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/Retargeting) in line with campaign schedules and business goals. Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, E-commerce, CRM, Social, Content, Product) and agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets on time. Track campaign KPIs, produce performance reports, and lead strategic reviews to share insights and recommendations. Manage the affiliate marketing program, including partner onboarding, promotional updates, performance validation, and coordination with agencies. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (Master's degree a plus). 4+ years' experience in marketplace management with proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central. Hands-on experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate Marketing campaigns. Familiarity with marketplace interfaces (Amazon Seller Central, Storm, Mirakl, etc.). Experience with premium or luxury brands is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 4, and marketplace advertising tools. Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus. Swiss nationality, C or B residence permit, or EU citizenship.
