ResponsibilitiesRefine and prioritize features and stories, create confluence pages for documentation purposesParticipate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectivesOversee the issuance flow of structured products and derivatives, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsEnsure that all distributed products meet client suitability standardsWork closely with cross functional stakeholders to automate, implement and enforce governance frameworksProvide training and support to internal teams on regulatory requirements and changesMaintain policies and manuals related to the governance of structured productsManage the product & services life cycle from conception through release (incl. testing)Take ownership of maintaining the markets products and services catalogueRequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in the financial industrySoild understanding of product governanceSolid understanding of regulatory requirements (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag)Very good knowledge of cross asset structured products issuance flowFluent in EnglishNice to haveKnowledge in trading and risk systems Able to facilitate basic programming or quickly understand IT landscape of process and systemsUnderstanding of Business and IT ArchitectureGerman language skillsPersonalityStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset with an attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear and structured mannerAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
