Acheteur-négociateur & category manager

Mission

Rejoignez notre équipe au sein de la Direction Achats, Supply et Marketing, où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la détermination, la formalisation et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’offre pour nos catégories de produits. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos fournisseurs pour l'offre locale, tout en collaborant avec la centrale d’achat pour les achats centraux.

Vous élaborez et coordonnez le mix marketing (catalogue, prix, promotion, merchandising) afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaires et la marge nette. Vous êtes en charge de la négociation des conditions commerciales avec les fournisseurs de vos catégories.

Responsabilités

L’acheteur : négociateur et category manager est chargé de piloter efficacement les catégories de produits en mettant en place des stratégies adaptées, en coordonnant les différentes actions et en assurant une collaboration étroite avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes.

  • Développement stratégique des assortiments pour maximiser le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité, en s'appuyant sur les tendances du marché et les retours terrain.
  • Gestion proactive des assortiments et coordination du mix marketing pour atteindre les objectifs financiers.
  • Suivi des ventes et ajustement des promotions pour optimiser la performance des catégories.
  • Contribution à l'élaboration des plans merchandisings et des stratégies de prix.
  • Négociation des conditions commerciales avec les fournisseurs pour garantir la rentabilité des catégories.
  • Analyse régulière de la performance et formulation de recommandations d'actions pour améliorer les résultats.
  • Participation à des projets ou des missions particulières concernant le développement des activités de Lagardère Travel Retail en Suisse et à l’international.
Competences requises  

Formation commerciale supérieure de type Master en gestion/achats/marketing, vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 4 ans dans une département achat, une expérience dans le retail est un atout.

Vous maitrisez Excel, votre français est parfait, votre anglais est courant, l’allemand est un plus.

Force de proposition, vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et reconnus pour votre esprit analytique et votre capacité à négocier. Dynamique, autonome, curieux, volontaire et organisé, vous êtes rigoureux et aimez le travail d’équipe. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles.

Vous êtes doué(e) d’une très grande capacité d’adaptation. Selon les interlocuteurs et les enjeux, vous êtes à l’aise autant avec une multinationale qu’un artisan.
