Rust Software Engineer vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Pharma sector. Your tasks: Develop and maintain software solutions by applying in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software for medical devices that meets company standards and customer needs. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within diverse teams. Your experience/knowledge: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a software development or engineering related field. Several years of proven experience in software development, with hands-on professional experience working with Rust for at least two years. Familiarity with asynchronous programming in Rust and common Rust libraries and frameworks. Excellent communication skills in English. Your soft skills: Ability to solve complex issues creatively and effectively. Strong collaboration skills within and across teams. Motivation to make an impact on team members and customers.
