Pour l’un de nos clients, une société d’investissement basée à Genève, nous recherchons un(e): JUNIOR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Description du poste Au sein de l’équipe Opérations, le/la Junior Operations Specialist occupera une fonction transversale et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes de la société (ventes, structuration, recherche, portfolio management), ainsi qu’avec des interlocuteurs externes. L’objectif principal du poste est de contribuer au bon fonctionnement opérationnel de la société et d’accompagner le développement de ses activités, afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients. Participer à la mise en place, à l’amélioration et à la documentation des processus opérationnels, ainsi qu’à des projets transverses liés aux activités de la société. Contribuer à l’implémentation et à l’optimisation des outils techniques utilisés en interne, pouvant inclure, selon les projets, de l’automatisation de tâches ou des développements logiciels simples. Assurer le suivi opérationnel des produits et des investissements existants. Participer aux missions transversales en lien avec les équipes juridiques et conformité, notamment : le renouvellement des contrats clients, la préparation et la mise à jour de la documentation à destination des banques dépositaires et partenaires. Collaborer avec les équipes middle office et back office, notamment sur : la réconciliation des ordres (AMCs, investissements en Private Equity, etc.), la génération, le suivi et l’automatisation de la facturation. Contribuer de manière générale aux différentes tâches et missions de l’équipe Opérations, en fonction des priorités et des besoins de la société. Profil recherché Profil junior : premier stage significatif ou première expérience professionnelle au sein d’un middle office ou back office d’une banque ou d’une société financière. Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel, notamment pour l’automatisation des processus. Bonne compréhension des flux financiers et des opérations de marché. Intérêt marqué pour les environnements financiers et opérationnels. Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
