The Kusnacht Practice is looking for a structured, proactive, and service-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team in Zollikon. In this key role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across the organisation. You will manage all HR administrative processes while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture that reflects our values of trust, reliability, and integrity. This is an on-site position, based in Zollikon, ZH. Your Responsibilities Ensure smooth execution of HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboardingProvide professional guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, social insurance, and labour lawManage independently end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managersCoordinate monthly payroll processes with Finance and external providers to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport managers in performance management and contribute to identifying future leaders through succession plansMaintain accurate personnel records and oversee time tracking and absence managementPrepare HR reports and statistics to support management decisionsActively contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, talent development, and organisational culture, while promoting the implementation of best practices You are/have Completed Swiss Federal HR Specialist qualification (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis) or equivalent HR degree5 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally including recruitmentSolid understanding of Swiss social insurances, labour law, tax regulations, and HR complianceProficiency in HR information systems such as Personio, BambooHR or similar platformsExperience coordinating Swiss payroll processes; knowledge of systems such as Abacus and/or Bexio, or comparable Swiss payroll solutions, is an advantageFluency in English and German (minimum C1 level)Excellent MS Office skills and a strong digital mindsetHighly organised, detail-focused, and hands-on, with a collaborative and service-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable mannerEligibility to work in Switzerland What we offer This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing and internationally oriented organisation.
