Vous aurez la chance de pouvoir faire la passation avec la personne qui part en congés maternité, vos missions seront les suivants :
- Mettre en ligne, suivre et évaluer les campagnes digitales planifiées au sein de l'agence.
- Garantir des prestations de haute qualité, innovantes et orientées client.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes dans leurs missions d'agrégation de données et créations d'outils de reporting (sous forme Google Sheet / Dashboard Looker).
- Etablir les plans de production digitaux, puis superviser la production des moyens publicitaires avec les agences de production conformément aux spécifications.
- Effectuer des mises en place de campagnes dans les plateformes d'adserving, vérifier la conformité et charger les moyens publicitaires dans celles-ci.
- Coordonner la mise en place du tracking souhaité en coordination avec les interlocuteurs concernés côté client.
- Contrôler régulièrement la livraison des campagnes confiées et intervenir auprès du Media Planner ou du média concerné quand cela est nécessaire.
- Mettre à disposition des responsables des Media Planners les rapports intermédiaires et finaux des campagnes digitales et échanger avec eux autour de ceux-ci.
A quoi peut ressembler votre semaine type ?
En début de semaine, au lancement des campagnes, vous vous assurez de la livraison des campagnes, analysez les activités afin de pouvoir les partager avec les clients.
En milieu de semaine : vous livrez les reporting intermédiaires pour que les planners en tirer des conclusions et puissent les partager avec le client
En fin de semaine : vous contribuez à la mise en place des campagnes qui commencent la semaine suivante.
- Formation professionnelle attestée (type brevet fédéral) dans les domaines du digital, de la communication et / ou dans l'analyse de données.
- Expérience confirmée de gestion de campagnes digitales / Ad Ops/ Business Analyst/ Data Analyst d'au moins 2-3 ans.
- Bonne expérience dans l'analyse et la gestion de données, notamment pluri-sources.
- Maîtrise approfondie des principaux logiciels bureautiques usuels (MS Office), particulièrement Excel, bonnes connaissances de Google Sheet et Looker / Dashboard.
- Des connaissances de Google Analytics 4 seraient idéales.
- Fort attrait pour les chiffres, l'analyse et les agrégations de données ainsi que de solides capacités analytiques :Data mapping
- Connaissance d'au moins une langue nationale et de l'anglais (B2) pour échanger à l'oral et à l'écrit de manière quotidienne.
- Sens de la diplomatie dans les contacts au sein de l'agence, avec les agences de production et avec les clients.
- Un fort esprit d'équipe et une bonne capacité d'adaptation aux imprévus ainsi qu'un vif intérêt pour la recherche de solutions / résolution de problèmes divers et variés.
