A propos du rôleDans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe IT Private Banking, notre client recherche un·e Application Analyst pour intervenir sur le Portfolio Management System (PMS) — l’outil central de gestion des portefeuilles clients. Tu rejoindras une équipe à taille humaine composée de trois collaborateurs expérimentés, qui t’accompagneront et partageront leur expertise sur le fonctionnement du PMS et les processus bancaires. Ce poste combine support applicatif, analyse de données SQL et participation à l’évolution fonctionnelle du système. Tu seras au cœur des échanges entre les équipes métiers et IT, dans un environnement où la rigueur, la curiosité et l’esprit d’équipe sont essentiels.TâchesAssurer le support applicatif et le suivi des incidents liés au PMSAnalyser et résoudre les problèmes techniques et fonctionnelsÉcrire et exécuter des requêtes SQL pour l’analyse et la correction de donnéesRéaliser du scripting léger (automation, correctifs, data updates)Participer à la coordination des releases et des phases de testsCollaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour proposer des optimisationsFournir un support ou une formation de base aux utilisateurs internesAdopter une approche hands-on : tester, valider, exécuter soi-même les requêtes et ajustementsNous cherchonsFormation : Bachelor ou Master en systèmes d’information, ingénierie ou équivalent, type HEC ou similaireExpérience : 2 à 3 ans dans un environnement IT bancaire, en support applicatif, business analysis ou audit ITUne expérience sur un PMS (par exemple : PMA, etc.) et/ou sur un Core Banking (par exemple : Avaloq, Temenos, Finova, etc.)Compétences techniques : Maîtrise du SQL et connaissance des bases de données OracleCompréhension du secteur du Private Banking (portefeuilles, titres, ordres, paiements)Langues : Français courant, Anglais professionnelCe que nous recherchons avant toutEsprit d’équipe et bon relationnel avec les utilisateurs métiersRigueur, curiosité et autonomieCapacité d’analyse et d’adaptationGoût pour le travail concret et “hands-on”Notre processus de recrutementCe processus de recrutement est géré par Academic Work et notre client souhaite que toutes les questions concernant le poste soient adressées à Academic Work.Notre processus de sélection est continu et l'annonce peut être clôturée avant la fin du processus de recrutement si nous sommes passés à la phase suivante.
