Our Finance & Services support unit is responsible for managing all financial, legal, and group processes and informing management about business operations. To complete our team based in Morges, we are looking for a Cash Manager (m/f) with a Bachelor’s degree from a university or a HES. Confirmed experience in a treasury or banking role in Switzerland. In-depth knowledge of the X system, banking in general (including payment traffic and technical interfaces), cash management (cash management and cash pooling), and the Swiss regulatory framework with a strong interest in technical issues and treasury-related software.
Knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4Hana is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and accessibly, with the capacity to simplify concepts. Proficiency in French and very good command of English as well as German.
Responsibilities
- Ensure and anticipate cash flows for all group companies by relying on forecasting tools.- Build and monitor the annual cash budget and analyze elements impacting it.- Implement efficient contractual and technical processes, allowing the provision of first-rate banking services while addressing the needs of the group's companies.- Identify cash-related risks and implement measures to mitigate them.- Assume the role of administrator for treasury software and ensure their proper functioning.- Guarantee interfaces with the ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) and other treasury software.- Take responsibility for the treasury back office and banking operations.- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.- Act as the point of contact for accounting and control regarding the annual dividend payment of the group and companies close to the group.- Prepare reports related to cash management activities as well as quarterly statements for the stamp duty.- Prepare treasury management rules by drafting the treasury policy and its directives. In this team, you can work both in the office and from home. You will thrive in an environment conducive to sharing and collaboration, where you can manage your tasks autonomously.
