Your tasksIndependent teaching (in German) of a module per calendar year in a distance learning setting (e.g., learning & memory, experimental practice, behavioral approaches to cognitive psychology, scientific writing)Creation of online teaching materials (in German) Programming and implementation of lab- and online-based studiesData analysis based on state-of-the-art and advanced statistical methods (e.g., computational modeling)Publication of research findings in peer-reviewed journals, as well as presentations at national and international scientific conferencesYour profilePhD in Psychology or another field related to cognitive psychologyProfound interest in cognitive psychology, especially in the field of memoryProfound interest in teaching online coursesYou enjoy programming experimental tasks, especially for online data acquisitionYou enjoy programming scripts for the purpose of data analysis (preferably in R)You enjoy communicating scientific findingsFluent in German (writing and speaking)Very good English language skillsYou are able to work independently and on your own responsibility, and you enjoy working in a teamInterest in transparent and open scienceWe offerState-of-the-art laboratory (Behaviour, EEG, VR, Eye-tracking) and work infrastructureIntegration in a supportive and productive teamComprehensive supervision and career supportFreedom to develop your personal careerRegular in-person lab meetings and opportunities to discuss your research interestsYour applicationApplication deadline: None; position open until filled.Please apply with the following documents: a letter of motivation (max. one page in English), CV, two contacts who are willing to provide a reference of work, your PhD thesis, and a copy of certificates.
