Pour renforcer leur équipe marketing, mon client recherche un(e) Product Manager - Animaux de rente (temps partiel ou temps plein)
Vous aimez les animaux, vous êtes fiable et proactif(ve), avec une orientation prononcée pour le service, alors vous êtes au bon endroit chez eux.
- Gérer le portefeuille des animaux de rente pour le marché vétérinaire suisse
- Développer et implémenter le plan marketing
- Réaliser les différents outils de communication (brochures, flyers, invitations, etc.)
- Former la force de vente à l'aide de documents techniques créés par vos soins (mode d'action des produits, aides à la vente, argumentaires, visites doubles en cabinet, etc.)
- Créer et entretenir un réseau de leaders d'opinion influents et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les vétérinaires que vous conseillez au quotidien dans les domaines scientifiques et techniques
- Organiser diverses soirées thématiques pour les vétérinaires et donner des formations pour les éleveurs
- Maintenir une bonne collaboration avec nos partenaires pour la distribution à travers des contacts réguliers (revue business, évolution du marché, performance des produits)
- Diplôme de médecine vétérinaire ou équivalent
- Expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de produits et idéalement en pratique vétérinaire
- Entreprenant(e), avec un esprit d'équipe, le sens du réseautage et une bonne habilité à convaincre
- Capacité à communiquer des informations complexes de manière simple et compréhensible
- Indépendant(e) et proactif(ive)
- Très bonnes compétences analytiques et créatives
- Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et du français, connaissance de l'anglais souhaitée
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office
