Creative Coach

JOB PURPOSE

Become a key member of our collaborative Entertainment team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
As a Creative Coach, you will be a vital part of our MSC onboard entertainment program, working together with a dynamic group to design and deliver engaging and memorable moments for our guests, fostering a vibrant and creative atmosphere throughout their cruise.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will directly impact the guest experience, transforming their onboard journey through innovative and inspiring creative activities. Your workshops and classes will be instrumental in generating positive guest feedback and driving overall satisfaction. You will play a key role in enhancing the cruise line's reputation for exceptional entertainment and enriching onboard programming. Your creativity will contribute to a more vibrant and engaging shipboard environment for both guests and crew.

QUALIFICATIONS

A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in multiple art forms (photography, 3D art, digital art, painting, face painting, watercolor, graffiti art, mural design, creative writing, calligraphy, tie-dye, origami, paper crafting, collage, upcycling, art journaling, candle making, jewelry making, pottery, textile arts, decorative plate/mug painting, quilling).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and guest requests.

Passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences.
