About Our Client A Private Bank. Job Description Main Responsibilities Process and monitor all incoming and outgoing payments (SIC, SEPA, SWIFT). Handle fund transfers, receipts, and cheque operations with accuracy and efficiency. Validate and reconcile daily cash movements. Perform OFAC and compliance checks on payment instructions. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, etc.). Contribute to maintaining high operational standards and identifying process improvements. Act as backup for the Forex and Deposits team when needed. The Successful Applicant Your Profile CFC or equivalent degree in banking, finance, or administration. 3-7 years of experience in payments, settlements, or transfers within a Swiss private bank. Excellent knowledge of SIC and SEPA payment systems. Ability to process both MT and MX (ISO 20022) messages. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure. Knowledge of Forex or fiduciary transactions is a plus. Fluent in French and English; any additional language is an asset. Swiss residency required.
