With our global reach combined with a pragmatic and personalized approach, we effectively support both professionals and organizations in achieving their goals.About the RoleAre you ready to take your ICT career to the next level and play a key role in the energy transition?We are looking for an experienced ICT Application Manager to join a leading global player in the field of smart energy and infrastructure management.In this role, you will take full ownership of business-critical applications, acting as the main technical contact for customers. You will manage incidents, perform in-depth analyses, and ensure stable and efficient application performance in complex environments.Main ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of application issues (on-premise or SaaS) and drive them to resolution, coordinating with L2/L3 teams when needed.Perform root cause analysis and implement both immediate fixes and long-term improvements.Collaborate with hardware, development, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.Plan and execute software updates, migrations, and maintenance activities.Analyze application processes, data flows, and performance at the database and interface level.Perform SQL queries and scripting (PowerShell, Python) for monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.Create and maintain "Best Practices" documentation to improve service quality and efficiency.Your ProfileTechnical degree (BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent professional training (, IT specialist EFZ).Proven experience in application management, technical support, or systems integration.Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Windows Server administration; scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) are an advantage.Analytical mindset with a structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style.Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.Confident communicator who can handle customer interactions in challenging situations.What We OfferWork at the forefront of the energy transition, supporting critical infrastructure.A challenging, customer-facing position combining IT, engineering, and service operations.An international environment with collaboration across multiple teams and regions.Attractive working conditions and opportunities for personal and professional growth.Interested?Apply now through Experis Switzerland, your trusted partner for IT and digital recruitment.All applications are handled with full confidentiality. jidcdb8bcaade jit1146ade jpiy25ade
