Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen – von der ersten Anfrage über die Durchführung bis hin zur Nachbereitung
  • Koordination mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
  • Persönliche Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden und ihrer Gäste
  • Budgetierung, Ressourcenzuweisung und Überwachung der Eventkosten
  • Pflege der Eventmanagement-Software und Tools
  • Mitarbeit an Verkaufs- und Marketingaktivitäten zur Weiterentwicklung des Eventgeschäfts
  • Führung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Eventteams
  • Reporting an den General Manager
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Gespür für erstklassigen Service
  • Erfahrung in Budgetierung und Vertragsmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Gästen und Partnern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
