IT Project Manager

Responsabilités
  • Gérer les activités quotidiennes de notre équipe de delivery, assurant la coordination et la supervision efficace des projets.
  • Produire des rapports détaillés et des analyses de performance pour la direction, mettant en évidence l'état des projets, le respect du budget et les SLA.
  • Contribuer activement à la continuité des services informatiques en fournissant un leadership technique nécessaire.
  • Concevoir et maintenir à jour la documentation des processus opérationnels.
  • Jouer un rôle clé dans la planification des services et la gestion de la satisfaction client.
  • Assurer la qualité et la rentabilité des services rendus, conformément aux SLA établis.
  • S'assurer du respect des systèmes, processus et méthodologies selon les directives de l'entreprise.
  • Participer à l’administration et l’ooptimiser les systèmes de surveillance et de gestion à distance.
  • Renforcer les relations clients et participer aux réunions avant et après-vente nécessaires.
Profil recherché
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet dans le domaine IT.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en reporting.
  • Capacité de gestion d’équipe
  • Forte aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et à la gestion de crises.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Diplôme en informatique, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe.
Atouts souhaités
  • Une expérience antérieure auprès d’un fournisseur de service IT serait un plus.
  • Des certifications telles que Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, ou ITSM sont hautement appréciées.
